Ingredients
  • Teriyaki Sauce (use your favorite recipe or bottled sauce -
  • Yoshida's is great!)
  • Ground Beef for patties
  • For each ground beef patty you will need:
  • 2 slices canned pineapple
  • 2 Slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 sesame seed hamburger bun
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 tomato slices
  • shredded lettuce

Directions
  1. Form beef patties from ground beef, marinate beef in teriyaki sauce
  2. before grilling. Grill beef patty to preferred doneness. Grill
  3. sliced pineapple on both sides. Toast bun, which will prevent a
  4. mushy burger. Top grilled beef patty with grilled pineapple,
  5. cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo.
