Ingredients
  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Mix all ingredients, form into small balls and press into tart pans to from crust like pie shells.

Directions
  1. Filling:
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  4. 2 Tbsps. melted butter
  5. 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  6. 1/4 tsp. salt
  7. 1 c. pecans
  8. Mix and pour into tart shell 3/4 full---bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
