Sounds like food for the holidays.
Ingredients
- Crust shopping list
- 1 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- Mix all ingredients, form into small balls and press into tart pans to from crust like pie shells. shopping list
How to make it
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- Mix and pour into tart shell 3/4 full---bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
