Banana And Chocolate Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180c /350f /gas 4 and put in 10 paper muffin cases into a muffin tray. Mix the sugar and oil in a bowl and whisk together. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the banana, cocoa and flour and whisk until mixed. Spoon into the muffin cases and cook for 10 minutes or till well risen.
  • Leave until cool
  • Transfer the muffins to the serving plate and drizzle the white melted chocolate over the top with a teaspoon.
