- 2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2/3 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 4 cups grated carrots shopping list
- 1 cup broken pecans shopping list
- 1 cup grated coconut shopping list
- 1 1/2 golden raisins shopping list
- 20 ozs drained pineapple shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 2-3 Tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 pound powder sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon,and nutmeg, set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and honey .
- Mix in dry ingredients until well blended
- stir in all remaining ingredients and mix until just blended
- spread into greased 9x13 glass pan
- bake at 350 for 60 minutes
- let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting
- frosting
- beat together all ingredients until smooth.
