How to make it

  • Stir together the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon,and nutmeg, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and honey .
  • Mix in dry ingredients until well blended
  • stir in all remaining ingredients and mix until just blended
  • spread into greased 9x13 glass pan
  • bake at 350 for 60 minutes
  • let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting
  • frosting
  • beat together all ingredients until smooth.
