Indian Summer Salad

- 4 C arugula shopping list
- 12 figs, sliced in half shopping list
- 1/4 C pecan halves, toasted shopping list
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 T balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 T brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the arugula and place in a serving bowl.
- In a small saucepan on the stove, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and brown sugar.
- When the dressing is well combined and warm, pour it over the arugula.
- Add the figs and pecans, then toss to combine.
- Serve while the dressing is still warm.
