How to make it

  • Mix the water with milk pwd .
  • Pour into a glass bottle ( Even a clean jam , pasta sauce bottle )
  • Mix the yogurt in .
  • Keep at a room temp of 30 deg C .
  • Or leave it in a warm place like inside the oven .
  • It will ferment within hours .
  • Can leave it outside for 8 to 12 hrs until set .
  • Chill it .
  • Everytime you use it , just top it up with the thick milk .
  • Make sure to change into new bottle every few weeks .
