How to make it

  • combine meat with egg, bread crumb,1/4 cup water,onion,salt,pepper. shape into about 25 1 inch meat balls.
  • bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil.
  • stir in bouillon,sugar,raisins,lemon juice and crumbs.
  • add meatballs, spooning sauce over, cook 10 minutes or longer stirring occasionally. makes 5-6 servings
