meat balls in ginger snaps sauce

- i1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs i use left over corn bread shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion diced shopping list
- 1/2 tea salt shopping list
- 2 1/2 tea lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup course ginger snap shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup water shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- 2 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/3 cup seedless raisins shopping list
How to make it
- combine meat with egg, bread crumb,1/4 cup water,onion,salt,pepper. shape into about 25 1 inch meat balls.
- bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil.
- stir in bouillon,sugar,raisins,lemon juice and crumbs.
- add meatballs, spooning sauce over, cook 10 minutes or longer stirring occasionally. makes 5-6 servings
