How to make it

  • Chop up spinach
  • add mandarin oranges
  • chop up fresh basil
  • chop up fresh mint
  • scatter walnuts on top
  • sprinkle some orange peel spice
  • sprinkle some lemon peel spice
  • now in the center put friendship whipped cottage cheese
  • fresh black pepper on top
  • vinegarette dressing
  • add some lemon wedges to the sides of the plate
  • serve with a cool drink and great bread of your choice
