How to make it

  • Crush sage with your fingers. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Amaretto, Frangelico, Midori, pineapple juice, sweet-and-sour mix and sage.
  • Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass half filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of sage and serve.

    This sounds great I love the flavored lacquer in this recipe.
    Now I have so many scented verities of sage to choose from to try, or maybe I will make a Grappinos Chiller Sage Cocktail and use one sage for each day starting with pineapple sage.
