Cherry Delight

This is a recipe the you bake the crust and chill the rest. There is no way of telling on the bake time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. sugar shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 c. whipping cream shopping list
- 1 can cherry pie filling shopping list
- 1 c. broken pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs, butter white sugar.
- Press in the bottom of an 11 by 7 inch pan and bake at 400 until brown.
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixer at high speed.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread over cooled crumb crust.
- Top with pecans.
- Pour over all the cherry pie filling and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hout.
- This recipe serves 12.
