Ingredients

1c. skim fat-free milk

1 envelope Carnation Instant Breakfast, No-Sugar Added, Chocolate Drink Mix

1-2T. natural peanutbutter

3 ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender container.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

ENJOY!
