Fireball mushrooms

- 16 large clean button mushrooms stem removed shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/2 bunch celery - trimmed, diced shopping list
- 3 lrg. onions - diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbls. minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 lb. chopped clams shopping list
- 1/2 lb. salad shrimp - chopped shopping list
- 1 oz. shrimp base or 2tsp. chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 2 cups unseasoned croutons shopping list
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 lb. lump crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 c. white wine shopping list
- 1/4 c. margarine melted shopping list
- 1 cup mozz and parm cheese blend shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Saute celery, onion, and garlic in margarine until translucent.
- Add shrimp and clams cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in shrimp base and white and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in croutons and breadcrumbs.
- Fold in crab meat.
- In a casserole dish mix melted butter and white wine.
- Fill each cap with mixture and place in casserole dish.
- Top with cheese blend.
- Bake until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown around the edges.
- You can spoon the butter and wine sauce over the top of the mushrooms or squeeze lemon over top.

A great recipe for me to sneak in a small amount of fresh minced habanero pepper it bites back a little harder.
