                    - 1 1/2 or 2 lbs spicey sausage shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 1/4 lb pepperoni or bacon..or roast beef whatever you want shopping list
- 1/2 large onion diced shopping list
- plastic wrap shopping list
How to make it 
                    - put plastic on a cutting board
- roll out the sausage, about the sixe of a sheet of paper
- put the filling on one end
- roll up, using the plastic wrap, for easier roll up
- ]pinch the sides closed and seal the middle
- wrap tightly in the plastic wrap
- put in the refrigerator, so that it woll firm up
- take out and put on the smoker for 2 hrs
- or place in a 240 degree oven for 2 hours or intill
- its done
