Vegetable Harvest Bake Recipe
This recipe is adapted from the recipe on a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Prep time includes noodle cooking time after water comes to a boil.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2-4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 16 ounce package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. While they are cooking, finely chop the green onions, grease a 13x9 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour into greased baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil, then bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
