Thyme and Blue Cheese Squash

- 2 acorn squash shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme shopping list
- 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Split squash lengthwise then scoop out seeds and place cut side up in shallow baking pan.
- Add 1/4" water then sprinkle each half with sugars, nutmeg and salt then drizzle with butter.
- Sprinkle herbs over squash then wrap tightly in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Remove from foil and sprinkle blue cheese over them then cook under broiler 2 minutes.
