How to make it

  • preheat over to 200C
  • Beat eggs and sugar until light brown.
  • Sift both flours and bi-carb soda into the egg and sugar. Stir in vegetable oil and then add chocolate and peanuts.
  • Place tablespoon size dollops onto a baking try and cook until golden.
