This dish is popular in kerala state.Puttu is made with rice flour,finger millet...It is a common b'fast in kerala&done by steaming process....
Ingredients
- Ragi or finger millet flour-2 C shopping list
- Grated coconut -1 c shopping list
- salt a pinch shopping list
- warm water as required shopping list
How to make it
- To the flour,add a pinch of salt
- Add water little by little and mix it
- The flour should be wet enough for steaming
- Add coconuts to the mixture
- Steam cook it in puttu maker..
- Can be served with steamed plantains or bananas
