- 4- medium tomatoes( blackened and peeled,dice) shopping list
- 1-tblsn corn oil shopping list
- 2-garlic cloves( minced) shopping list
- 1-med yellow onion (diced) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili powder shopping list
- 2-tbsn ground cumin shopping list
- 1- box chicken stock shopping list
- 1-cup chopped cilantro,plus for garnish shopping list
- 1-bay leaf shopping list
- 2-jalapeno's(sliced in half,seeds left in) shopping list
- 2-fryed corn taco shells+plus more for bowls)or baked shopping list
- 2-pacia pepper fryed til smokey and crumbleor bake til crisp shopping list
- 8 oz monterey jack shredded shopping list
- 1- lime cut into wedges shopping list
- 1-bunch radishes cut in slices shopping list
- 2-ripe alvacodoes (sliced into bite size chunks) shopping list
- 16oz sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- In stock pot add oil,saute onion and garlic,add blackened peeled tomatoes,then add chili powder,cumin,chicken stalk,bayleaf,cilantro,jalapeno and 2 fryed crispy torteas(whole)
- bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes,take out bay leaf and use hand blender til almost smooth.
- to assemble soup in bowl ,put alvacodoe chunks in place fry torteas (or bake)triangles around bowl, add radish slices, laddle hot soup in top with monterey jack cheese,crispy pacea pieces(fry or baked),dallop of sour cream, and sprinkling of cilantro and a wedge of lime to sqeeze over top when eaten
- shredded chicken(optional)
