How to make it

  • In stock pot add oil,saute onion and garlic,add blackened peeled tomatoes,then add chili powder,cumin,chicken stalk,bayleaf,cilantro,jalapeno and 2 fryed crispy torteas(whole)
  • bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes,take out bay leaf and use hand blender til almost smooth.
  • to assemble soup in bowl ,put alvacodoe chunks in place fry torteas (or bake)triangles around bowl, add radish slices, laddle hot soup in top with monterey jack cheese,crispy pacea pieces(fry or baked),dallop of sour cream, and sprinkling of cilantro and a wedge of lime to sqeeze over top when eaten
  • shredded chicken(optional)
