Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb browned ground round drained
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbl b.b.q sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbl water
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs no,i didn't lose my mind!
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 tea salt

Directions
  1. combine meat,bread crumbs,bbq sauce,egg and salt
  2. mix well. pat meat mixture in a 14x8 rectangle on foil.
  3. then combine, cheese,bread crumbs,pepper and water.
  4. pat over meat mixyure.
  5. roll up like jelly roll, starting from the narrow end.
  6. chill over nite or all day.
  7. heat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. slice meat mixture into serving pieces.
  9. bake in shallow pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes
