Broiled Herb Butter Chicken Recipe

Chicken breasts broiled with an herb butter seasoned with garlic,parsley,rosemary and thyme. Comes out nice and juicy! This is from allrecipes.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2c butter,softened
- 3 cloves garlic,minced
- 1tsp dried parsley
- 1/4tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4tsp dried thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to broil and line broiler pan with foil
- Place chicken on pan. In a small bowl combine thr butter,garlic,parsley,rosemary and thyme and mix together;evenly spread a dollop on each chicken breast.
- Broil in preheated oven,turning and frquently coating with remaining herb/butter mixture,for about 15 mins or till chicken juices run clear.
