Lemon Chicken and Pasta

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets shopping list
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- fresh parsley shopping list
- 8-10 artichoke hearts shopping list
- 2 tsp capers shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- Spoonful garlic shopping list
- 1 box angel hair pasta shopping list
- 1 fresh lemon, cut into decorative slices shopping list
How to make it
- Bread chicken breasts with bread crumbs. Cook on low heat in sauce pan until cooked thoroughly. Add one lemon slice for each chicken breast. Simmer on low heat. Add a spoonful of garlic, or more to taste, a few artichoke hearts and a few spoonfuls of capers. Keep on low heat while you cook pasta. Once pasta is cooked, drain and mix butter and garlic with pasta. Add pasta to plate, and top it off with some chicken mixed with artichoke hearts, lemon, garlic and capers. Top with fresh parsley.

I love your recipe. Someone just posted almost the exact same recipe but instead of pasta they suggested rice. I think I prefer the angel hair pasta!!! It's a "5" fork recipe!!!
