Mock Devonshire Cream for scones

- 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mascarpone* shopping list
- 1-2 Tbs (15-30 ml) sugar shopping list
How to make it
- .Prep does not include chilling
- Whisk the ingredients together to form a thick, smooth cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups (375 ml).
