Garlic For The Cure

- 20-30 cloves garlic put through the food processor twice shopping list
- 2 tbl butter shopping list
- 4 med-lg potatoes peeled, cubed shopping list
- 2 cans of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Handful of finely-chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 c. Parmesan shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Optional: 2-3 tsp. ground habanero or Bhut Jolokia shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the potatoes until tender
- Meanwhile, in a huge fry pan, saute the garlic in the butter on low, stirring constantly for 5minutes. Do not let turn color.
- Add the parsley, cook 1 minute
- Add the broth
- Put the potatoes through the food processor until creamy but leave some lumps. Add a tsp of the potato water if it isn't moving freely
- Add the potatoes to the garlic pan
- Add the cream
- Salt and Pepper
- On low cook for 10 minutes
- Stir in the Parmesan
- Add the hot pepper if you wish.
- I have been eating raw garlic for about 10 years because I was always getting sick. Haven't had a cold in as much time.
