Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy
  • Line small muffin tins with paper baking cups
  • Place a vanilla wafer in th botton of each cup.
  • Fill cups two thirds full of cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  • Top each with about 1 Tbsp. of fruit topping
  • Chill
  • Yields two dozen
