Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

3/4 cup cocoa

2 tsp b.s.

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup mazola oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 cup boiling water

Directions

grease and flour 9x13 pan

mix all ingredients in large bowl at medium speed until blended and smooth

pour into pan

cook 1 hr

TEST:

use a knife and stick deep into middle of cake if it comes out clean cake is done (DO NOT use a toothpick or anything wood as this cake is moist it will be overdone if done until toothpick comes out clean)
