Ingredients
  • Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Ground 1/8th cup
  • Oregano leaves ground 1/8th cup
  • Chili Powder 1/8th cup
  • Canola Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chickens 3lbs each 3

Directions
  1. Combine all spices and oil in a bowl
  2. Brush chickens inside and outside with spice mixture rubbing into skin.
  3. Roast chickens in preheated 400 degree oven until done about an hour.
  4. Serve 1/4 chicken per person.
