Oven Stew

- 1-1/2 lbs stew meat shopping list
- 4 - 6 Carrots; quartered or 1 small pkg of baby carrots shopping list
- 4 - 6 Potatoes; peeled and quartered shopping list
- 1 Sweet Onion; peeled and quartered shopping list
- 1 Large can tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Pkg dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all into an oven safe dish or pot.
- Cook in a slow oven (325 degrees) for 4 hours.
- Note: DO NOT brown stew meat before adding to mixture. Meat will cook completely in stew.
