How to make it

  • Use 2 slices of homemade new york rye LIght in color wih caraway seeds.spread dressing lightly on both. Pile turkey on one side. place swiss cheese on top turkey cover with dry sour kraut. place other slice bread on top smear with oil or butter grill on both sides until hot. Place on plate cut in 1/2 . Serve with garlic pickle and potato salad.
