Ingredients

2 lb turkey meat cut into bite sized pieces

1 medium onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

3 TBS Chili powder

2 TBS. brown sugar or molasses

2 TBS Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 lb tomatoes chopped

1 can each Red kidney, Pinto, and Black beans, drained and rinsed.

Directions

Core and dip tomatoes in boiling water for 30-60 seconds to make it easier to remove the skins

Run the tomatoes through a food processer until they are the consistency you are happy with

In a large skillet, brown the turkey, onion and garlic, in olive oil

In a slow cooker, mix all ingredients, and cook on medium for 4-6 hours.

I'm giving you 5 forks for the recipe and 20 more for the story and the fact that you skinned and deboned a turkey. Bravo! And for another way to use that motherload of tomatoes you have on hand. If'n I lived closer, I'd take a few off of you.
