	easy side artichokes cream cheese bleu

Ingredients

2 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

12 marinated artichoke bottoms

Paprika for garnish

Directions

In a small bowl mix together cheeses and mayonnaise.

Spoon cheese mixture into artichoke bottoms and garnish with a dusting of paprika.

Serve at room temperature.
