How to make it

  • 1. Pre-season chicken breast with adobe seasoning, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper.
  • 2. Boil or bake chicken breast until no longer pink, about 20 minutes.
  • 3. Cool chicken, by refrigerating for about 30 minutes or longer.
  • 4. Chop chicken into cubes and place in large bowl.
  • 5. To the chicken add onion, celery, apple, raisins and miracle whip, mix well.
  • 6. Season with celery salt, salt and pepper to taste
  • 7. Gently stir in grapes and almonds.

    Delicious!! I used the leftovers from a roasted chicken. I did use low fat mayo instead of miracle whip...kept everything else the same.. loved the crunch of the apples and slivered almonds and the slight sweetness of the golden raisins. A new twist on a classic...thanks Prell!
