Red cabbage with apples

Easy red cabbage and apples. Very tasty. Great with pork.
Ingredients
- 3c shreaded red cabbage shopping list
- 1 med. apple,peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion,halved and sliced shopping list
- 2Tbs water shopping list
- 2Tbs apple juice concentrate shopping list
- 1/2tsp chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp caraway seeds shopping list
- 1Tbs red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucpan,combine first 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer 10-15 mins or till cabbage is tender. Stir in vinegar.
