Creamy Spinach Salad Dressing

I've had this spinach salad dressing for many years and it's still a favorite. It's so easy to make you can have homemade dressing anytime. Recently I've made this successfully with Splenda instead of sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tbs yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp celery seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to blender and process well. Chill thoroughly. Shake well before serving.

Sounds great! I will be making this tomorrow, I think. I love spinach salads but have grown weary of my usual poppyseed or balsamic dressings. :)

That does look easy. Great idea. Wonder if I could sub olive oil for the canola.
