This is a changes from a normal burger.

Ingredients
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 1/2 onion, filaly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 egg, whisked
  • flour, to coat

Directions
  1. In a bowl combine all ingrediets expect flour.
  2. Shape into patties and coat in flour.
  3. Cook for 20min in a hot pan

I think I'll try this tonight, but I'm going to use a grill pan so the timing should be a lot less than 20 minutes. I really like the ingredients - simple, but flavorful.
