How to make it

  • Cut chicken breasts into cubes or strips.
  • In large skillet, combine white wine, curry powder, celery salt and orange marmalade.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add chicken.
  • Add water to skillet to completely cover chicken.
  • Cover skillet and cook 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Cover and cook until chicken juices run clear.
  • Remove from heat and chill in cooking liquid for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Drain.
  • Serve with Duck sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
