Peppermint Bark Recipe

Ingredients

***Cook time is chill time***

1 - 12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips

1/2 c. crushed candy canes, divided

1/2 - 1 tsp. peppermint extract, to taste

Directions

Over low heat, melt chips in a saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth.

Mix in about 1/4 c. of the candy cane into the chocolate; stir in flavoring until desired 'mintiness'.

Spread mixture on a jelly roll pan (for easier clean-up, line sheet with waxed paper). Sprinkle remaining candy canes over the top and lightly press in.

Chill until set; break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to three weeks.
