Ingredients

How to make it

  • Over low heat, melt chips in a saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Mix in about 1/4 c. of the candy cane into the chocolate; stir in flavoring until desired 'mintiness'.
  • Spread mixture on a jelly roll pan (for easier clean-up, line sheet with waxed paper). Sprinkle remaining candy canes over the top and lightly press in.
  • Chill until set; break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to three weeks.
