How to make it

  • cube chicken to bite size - mixed thigh and breast wash and drain well.
  • massage chicken meat with a pinch of sugar and salt, set aside
  • cut all vegetable into cubes separately set aside.
  • prepare wok first in high heat pour in oil and strir fry the ginger and garlic until it release a nice aroma add the onion.
  • put in the chicken, saute it on oil until color change.
  • put in the potato let it simmer for 5minutes then add the carrots.
  • cover the wok for a minute then without mixing put in the pepper and pineapple with the juice on top cover for another minute.
  • pour in the chicken stock let it simmer for 3 minutes then mixed well.
  • check the meat and vegetable if it is all done. add salt and pepper to taste.
  • make a well at the center then pour in the milk and the beaten egg but done with continous stirring.
  • mixed well until everything is coated with the milk and egg.
  • Serve best with steaming white rice.
