Chicken Aloha Recipe
a twist of chicken a la king, good blending of chicken and pineapple and a very tasty sauce. Can be serve as rice toppings or bake it topped with cheese.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kilo boneless chicken thigh
  • 1/2 kilo boneless chicken breast
  • 1 pint of pineapple chunks
  • 2 pieces medium size carrots
  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 3 pieces medium size potato
  • 1 piece medium size egg, beaten
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 medium size onion
  • half size of matchbox ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Directions
  1. cube chicken to bite size - mixed thigh and breast wash and drain well.
  2. massage chicken meat with a pinch of sugar and salt, set aside
  3. cut all vegetable into cubes separately set aside.
  4. prepare wok first in high heat pour in oil and strir fry the ginger and garlic until it release a nice aroma add the onion.
  5. put in the chicken, saute it on oil until color change.
  6. put in the potato let it simmer for 5minutes then add the carrots.
  7. cover the wok for a minute then without mixing put in the pepper and pineapple with the juice on top cover for another minute.
  8. pour in the chicken stock let it simmer for 3 minutes then mixed well.
  9. check the meat and vegetable if it is all done. add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. make a well at the center then pour in the milk and the beaten egg but done with continous stirring.
  11. mixed well until everything is coated with the milk and egg.
  12. Serve best with steaming white rice.
