How to make it

  • Cut sweet potato into medium sized chunks
  • Add to the water, and further add:
  • salt & pepper
  • oil
  • sage
  • onion
  • carrots
  • celery
  • basil
  • dill
  • cayenne
  • ginger
  • When cooked, allow to cool a little, then blend all
  • with an immersion blender or food processor
  • Add the yogurt and soy milk.
  • Blend thoroughly
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve...
  • Re-heat when ready to serve
  • Garnish with sprinkling of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, with a sprig of fresh parsley
