Elaines Salmon Pate

- 1 213 g can of red Pacific salmon, well drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives shopping list
- 1 10-oz can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup shopping list
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
- 3 tbsp chopped celery leaf shopping list
- 1 tbsp rice flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine:
- onions
- chives
- parsley
- lemon zest
- lemon juice
- celery leaf
- salmon
- soup
- Mix well, and add the rice flour
- grind well with immersion blender or food processor until smooth.
- Chill until the pate' has set, and you're ready to serve it.
