- 1 CUP fresh orange juice shopping list
- 2 TSP oregano shopping list
- 1/4 CUP FRESH lime juicE shopping list
- 1 TSP cumin shopping list
- 6 CHIPOLTE chiliS - MINCED shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS wine vinegar shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 ESP salt shopping list
- 1 TSP FRESHLY GRATED orange rind shopping list
- 1 TSP black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE ORANGE JUICE AND LIME JUICE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN AND BOIL UNTIL REDUCED TO 1/2 CUP
- PLACE JUICE AND REMAINING STUFF IN BLENDER ABD BLEND THOROUGHLY
- IF MARINADE IS TOO THICK, THIN WITH ADDITIONAL WINE VINEGAR
- MARINATE SEAFOOD FOR 2 HOURS
- MARINATE POULTRY FOR 4 TO 8 HORS
- MARINATE MEAT OVERNIGHT....TURNING A COUPLE OF TIMES
