CHIPOTLE MARINADE - HOT Recipe
SPECIAL MARINADE FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO ROCK

Ingredients
  • 1 CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE
  • 2 TSP OREGANO
  • 1/4 CUP FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1 TSP CUMIN
  • 6 CHIPOLTE CHILIS - MINCED
  • 2 TABLESPOONS WINE VINEGAR
  • 4 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1 ESP SALT
  • 1 TSP FRESHLY GRATED ORANGE RIND
  • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER

Directions
  1. COMBINE ORANGE JUICE AND LIME JUICE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN AND BOIL UNTIL REDUCED TO 1/2 CUP
  2. PLACE JUICE AND REMAINING STUFF IN BLENDER ABD BLEND THOROUGHLY
  3. IF MARINADE IS TOO THICK, THIN WITH ADDITIONAL WINE VINEGAR
  4. MARINATE SEAFOOD FOR 2 HOURS
  5. MARINATE POULTRY FOR 4 TO 8 HORS
  6. MARINATE MEAT OVERNIGHT....TURNING A COUPLE OF TIMES
