Ingredients
  • 3 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds from a huge pumpkin
  • 4 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Some people like to rinse like crazy but I slightly rinse off the pulp, the flavors are better

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
  3. Everyone has a different way to do the seeds, but this has always worked for me.
  4. Enjoy these with an AUTUMN COCKTAIL
