Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
  • Brush oil over all sides of chicken breast halves. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, the pepper and ground red pepper.
  • When grill is heated, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once. Serve salsa with chicken.

    Mountainmama,
I love your recipes and who cares about anyone else.
I love that you put oranges in the chicken. This is odd, but I was just thinking about adding fresh orange pieces to seafood or poultry and wondering how it would taste. I think it would make the dish very, very refreshing and add a unique twist. I am definitely going to try this.
As I have said before, I dearly wish I lived next door to you so you could teach me more about cooking!
Have a beautiful day and ignore the losers.
