Soda Cracker Pie Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Fold in sugar and vanilla.
  • Fold in crackers, baking powder and walnuts.
  • Bake in well greased 9 inch pie plate at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • Topping:
  • Beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff.
  • Fold in on box frozen strawberries (well drained).
  • Spread over pie and refrigerate 4 hours or more.
