How to make it

  • Recipe Cooking Time: 8 minutes
  • Pan Type: 9" x 13" baking pan

  • In a large saucepan combine the butter, milk, sugar and salt. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally; pay careful attention not to scrape sides of the pan.
  • Boil for 8 minutes.
  • Remove mixture from the heat.
  • Add the marshmallow cream, orange liqueur, and chocolate.
  • Stir with large wooden spoon until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add the Craisins, almonds and walnuts.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread mixture into prepared pans.
  • Let set 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours before cutting. Store fudge in air tight container in refrigerator.
  • Makes About: 72 Pieces of Fudge
