Left Over Stroganoff Recipe
This is a great recipe if you have left over roast, steak, ground beef, or turkey. Just mix it with some Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup and beef bullion and you have a great dinner served over rice or pasta!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. left over meat, cut into strips or crumbled
  • 2 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cubes of beef bullion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked pasta or rice

Directions
  1. Poor the vegetable oil in a large skillet and reheat left over meat
  2. In a bowl combine the soup, Worcestershire sauce and milk.
  3. Place the bullion and soup mix in the pan with the meat.
  4. Heat thoroughly, until the bullion cubes have dissolved.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and remove from heat.
  6. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
