Chocolate Chunk And Pecan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

125g of unsalted butter at room temp

1/2 cup caster sugar

1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar

1 egg lightly beaten

3/4 cup of roughly chopped pecans

200g milk cooking chocolate

13/4 cup of self raising flour

1/2 tsp of vanilla

Directions

preheat oven to 190 and line a cookie or lemington tin

in a bowl cream together sugar butter and vanilla with wooden spoon gradually add the beaten egg mixing well after each addition

mix in the flour chocolate and nuts

spoon or roll mix into little balls and slightly flatten cook for 15 minutes and allow to cool on wire rack before eating enjoy

Lamington Tin is a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
