How to make it

  • preheat oven to 190 and line a cookie or lemington tin
  • in a bowl cream together sugar butter and vanilla with wooden spoon gradually add the beaten egg mixing well after each addition
  • mix in the flour chocolate and nuts
  • spoon or roll mix into little balls and slightly flatten cook for 15 minutes and allow to cool on wire rack before eating enjoy

    Lamington Tin is a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
