Mango Sambal a Chutney

                    - 1/4 cup peanut oil shopping list
- 1 red onion peeled and diced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanuts shopping list
- 1 two inch piece ginger peeled and grated shopping list
- 2 bird's eye chilies seeds and ribs removed, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 2 mangoes cut into 1 inch dice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 mint sprigs chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Heat the peanut oil iln a medium saute pan.
- Add the onions and garlic and saute until the onion is translucent about ten minutes. Add the peanuts, ginger, chili and chili powder to the pan and cook unitl peanuts are golden brown about 10 minutes more.
- remove from the heat and cool
- transfer from the bowel and fold in the mangoes, sesame seeds, mint and sesame oil before serving.
- serve with bread, crackers or with roast chicken or sauted shrimp or if one is a vegetarian...put it on top of some morningstar grillers....
