How to make it

  • Place grated cucumber in a colander and sprinkle with 1 T. salt. Let sit to drain for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Rinse cucumber in water and dry with paper towel.
  • Add cucumber to yogurt with remaining ingredients.
  • Let sit refrigerated for a few hours so flavors will blend.
