Haddock Stew

- 1 lb haddock or other whitefish (frozen or fresh) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c cubed potatoes shopping list
- 1 c sliced celery shopping list
- 1 c sliced carrots shopping list
- 1 c sliced onions shopping list
- 2 Tbsp chopped green peppers shopping list
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- If frozen, thaw fillets enough to cut .
- Cook with vegs in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and measure broth to make 1 1/2 cups. Use with rest of ingredients to make sauce.
- Pour over vegetables and fish.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 mins
