How to make it

  • If frozen, thaw fillets enough to cut .
  • Cook with vegs in water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain and measure broth to make 1 1/2 cups. Use with rest of ingredients to make sauce.
  • Pour over vegetables and fish.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 mins
