PHILADELPHIA Peaches N Cream No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
This is one of my faves to make for the 4th of July! My son just loves it!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (4-serving-size) JELL-O Brand Peach Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Directions
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup of the sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well.
  5. Stir in peaches and whipped topping.
  6. Spoon over crust; cover.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
  9. Makes 16 servings, one piece each.
